Important Update – HRD Corp Financial Assistance for Overseas Training 📢
Dear Clients/Participants,
This programme is designed as a fully structured, HRD Corp-supported executive learning journey, combining intensive training, real-world exposure, and high-level business dialogue.
In accordance with the latest HRD Corp policy update, special approval letters are no longer issued. Instead, this programme is structured under the standard HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix (ACM) Financial Assistance mechanism, with a clear, transparent funding framework.
The total program cost is as follows:
Malaysia Participants: RM 12,500 per person (6 nights, 5 days)
International Participants: USD 3,500 per person (6 nights, 5 days)
This comprehensive rate covers:
5 full days of training sessions led by industry experts
8 unicorn company visits with exclusive assembly line access
8 private business dialogues with corporate leaders focusing on innovation, transformation, and succession planning
Luxury coach transportation throughout the tour
5-star hotel accommodation for 6 nights
Daily meals (5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners)
All training materials and documentation provided
Procedure for HRD Corp Members
1️⃣ Complete the Booking Form and send to us via email or WhatsApp.
Apply to HRD Corp for grant approval. The application covers both the course fee and daily allowance.
The total program fee is RM 12,500. Under the new Allowable Cost Matrix (ACM), the claimable limit for this 5-day overseas program is RM 8,750 (RM 1,750/day).
Initial Submission: We will provide an invoice for RM 8,750, along with the brochure, module schedule and trainer profile for your grant application.
Balance Payment: Once approved, we will issue a separate invoice of RM 3,750 for the remaining balance.
Cost Neutrality: Since HRD Corp allows a daily allowance claim of RM 750 for 7 days (Total: RM 5,250), the surplus from your allowance will cover the RM 3,750 balance, making the program cost-neutral for your company.
3️⃣ Once approval is obtained:
a. We will issue an invoice with the total of RM3,750 per participant (This amount will be 100% reimbursed in your HRD Corp daily allowance).
b. Purchase airfare tickets (to be reimbursed at 50% of actual rate).
Programme covers: visits 8 unicorn companies, training materials, 5-days session, meals, factory/corporate tours, and 6 nights in a 5-star hotel (twin sharing). Single room option is available at RM450/night (30% below market rate).
We will create a WhatsApp group for all participants to share details such as airport escort, hotel, information, and updates.
6️⃣ After training, your company HR will submit relevant documents via e-Tris to claim:
– 50% airfare reimbursement
– Daily allowance RM 750× 7 days (per participant)
When all eligible HRD Corp claims are approved, the programme incurs zero net training cost. The training fee is fully offset through HRD Corp financial assistance and allowable post-training claims.
It means From a financial standpoint, this programme is designed to be cost-neutral. All payable training fees are recoverable through HRD Corp financial assistance and post-training claims, subject only to standard claim approval procedures.
For Non-HRD Corp (Cash) Clients
Once the booking form is signed and full payment is made, clients may proceed with airfare purchase and optional single room payment. A WhatsApp group will then be created for programme coordination.
